Angela Parker grew up around wine cellars.
As a second-generation designer, she spent years learning the craft alongside her father, absorbing not just the technical side of cellar construction but the artistry behind creating spaces that feel personal, intentional, and lasting. For Angela, design was never just a career path. It was part of the family conversation.
After completing design school with a focus on interior design, Angela sharpened her eye for layout, materials, and how people truly live in a space. But she knew she wanted to apply that skill set to something more specialized. That led her to Custom Wine Cellars Austin, where she could combine her design background with her lifelong exposure to cellar craftsmanship, all while living and working in the part of the country she calls home.
“I love designing cellars that feel like a natural extension of the home,” Angela says. “My favorite projects are the ones where we blend architectural detail, smart storage engineering, and just a little bit of drama. A cellar should make you pause for a second when you walk in.”
Angela has a particular appreciation for transitional and modern cellar designs that balance clean lines with warm, inviting materials.
